Top Five Quick Reads (aka, the books you pick up again and again because you can't decide what else to read)

Hmmmm...this one is tough: See I read quickly anyway, so it's a bit tough. I do reread a lot so we'll go with that.

1. The Soulforge: (Dragonlance). Man I can sink into this book. Six year old who wants to take over the word, yes please.
2. Any of the Harry Potter books: I've read most of them more than three times and still enjoy settling back in.
3. Cold Fire (Dean Koontz): This book is awesome and I highly recommend.
4. It's been a while but IT (Stephen King): I love this book like nobody's business. Oh man.
5. Dune: It's a tough read, but it doesn't get better than being 13 and reading a book because your sister made you miss the movie and falling in love with lead character.

TOP Five Anime Shows.

I'm taking this one first since it's a bit easier:

1. Ronin Warriors(Samurai Troopers). It started it all.
2. Weiss Kreuz. (duh)
3. Hikaru no Go
4. Kare no Kano (His and Her Circumstances)
5. it's a toss up between Hellsing and Vampire Princess Miyu

I forgot Sailor Moon. This must be remedied. Put it in place of Kare no Kano, or beside it.

I have no statement to make on Sailor Moon as Ihae only seenm the english version which I have heard is completly different to the Japanese version.

The live action version is the BEST, aside from the manga, and maybe even compared to it. The live action is slightly darker and more adult and more complicated.

My writings:
I haven't actually got much written down, so we'll see...

1. "Soul of the Crimson Child" Aya/Farfarello. I..well as much as I loved the idea I couldn't actually make it work. I might still go back and see if I can do something.

2. My Aya vampire story..which doesn't really have a good name at this point. I really want to just explain that who arc so badly. I mean I get kind of what was going on, but it never 'clicked' with me. This story needs a huge rewrite, but the fact I'm willing to do it says a lot I think.

3. My Sentinel fic. Sadly I've not done much on it in forever, but yes I want to finish it and go somewhere with it.

4. Closer. To finally explain some things about Gluhen, yes please.

5. Honey. I am SHOCKED no one has taken this piece of canon and ran with it. Just shocked.

Fanfics:

1. Dragon Tears. BEAUTIFUL!

2. Sharp and Guilty Pleasure Arc. Hot, and just...probably the most amazing use of Schu's power I have ever read.

3. Echoes of Deceit. YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

4. Verflochten. Man I love this story. I think it was the first Aya/Schu that I read? And there's only a kiss, but damn it's hot.

5. Hotel California. A Yu Yu Hakusho fanfic that is OMG wonderful and perfect and intense and LOVELY.

And another one from me, Five Favorite Pairings For Smut, and, relatedly, Five Favorite Pairings For Fluff.

And I think I may have my suspicions already on the smut.

And on a different note, looking at your icons, I have died over Schu and Jareth ones. I did NOT know you liked Labyrinth. We must talk about this. Y/Y.

Fluff: I don't read a lot of fanfic anymore and usually go for the more difficult pairings which means I don't usually get fluff, or the fluff doesn't make sense, so I am going to say that these pairings are the ones I really look for comedy and happy endings in more than complexity, and these will probably be easier pairings to do.

Usagi/Mamoru: (Sailor Moon) They go through enough in the series YAY happy.
Blair/Jim: (The Sentinel)
Omi/Nagi: (Weiss Kreuz) I don't read much with these two, but practically canon hello.
Seiji/Touma: (Ronin Warriors) I LOVE these two together. LOVE
Carrot/Maron: (Bakuretsu Hunter) This isn't a hard pairing, and very easy to just be sweet and loving.
