Well, so far I'm coping with the sporadic 'Net. I'm not coping well though. I keep telling myself only a couple of weeks and things will be back together, but that doesn't work near as much as I would like.

I will be coming back with lots of fics- Tears of Truth will have at least another chapter the week I get back, the final chapter of the 'Private Dancer' verse will be posted around the same time and I am also working on a new Weiss fic. It will be very different from what you have seen so far. Very plot heavy, and will include some playing around with 'Weiss' science. Yes, there is a reason I'm putting it like that...those who have seen the show will understand. It will have quite a few warnings and for that reason will be friends locked. It will also contain several polls as I'm hoping to have it be a little interactive, at least at the beginning. I'm also going to go back and try to continue the other fics I've got going including Honey and Closer.

As for the things I'll be working on to try and sell they may take a few weeks more for me to be ready to move on with them. One requires a lot of paperwork, which will be the culmination of several months work, and the other one needs a detailed outline as well as some character development and such. I think I have the plot down, but really I won't know how much work it needs until I get the basic foundation. There are several other things I'm going to try and work on, but these two are the priority for the moment.

I also intend to continue trying to get a library job, or go back to school in January. It will take a lot of planning for me to go back so I'm just going to see where that goes. I will have to move to a different city, and possibly live in the dorms to get the degree I really want, but I may talk to people at Eastern because they have a degree that covers grade school library science so it may just be easier to do that then take a semester at UK to get the ones required for college, or you know I may totally not know what I'm talking about and really they won't work well together at all so yeah I'll figure that out first before I make any solid plans one way or another.

Finally, on an RP note. I want to get back into things slowly simply because I have found that if I let myself get too stressed it just plays havoc with trying to keep up in LJ RP. I close off and even though I want to interact I end up doing nothing. I guess I get overwhelmed easily. I'm trying to learn some stress management techniques that work for me, one of which would be getting a library job, but realistically that isn't something I can plan on any time soon, so yeah back to the drawing board on that one. One plan I'm working on is limiting myself to maybe 3 or 4 characters no matter how RPs I might be in. This way I can really concentrate on them and it won't be as hard to meet requirements. I'm still working things out in my head for now since I can't really say how things will go once I get the wireless. After all, Yoji's voice came back and so now he is back in the mix. So much for starting completely clean, which really isn't all bad because he's Yoji after all.

Mostly these are the things I'm thinking about for the summer, and early autumn. As long as there are no unforeseen issues once I settle into somewhat of a routine at McDonald's I should be able to relax and figure out where to go from here. I like my routines I admit.

So I've done some searching for wireless service in preparation for the 'net getting shut off. So far it looks like my best option lies at Wal-Mart, either through Cricket or Netgear (which means having the choice of going through a couple of businesses for the actual service). I've already told my roommates that if I do go through with my plan for the USB modem that I will not consider it a regular bill. Essentially I'll pay it all myself and take it wherever, and whenever, I want or need. Some part of me is feeling a bit guilty about this, but the truth is that while I probably won't need to take it with me often it will be good to have the option. I still need to do a bit more research to make sure, but if all goes well I will have the wireless thing done before the end of the month, most likely around the 20th (all depending on the job situation).

I should hear from McDonald's this week. I think as long as everything goes well I should be set, but I am also not going to get my hopes up and get too ahead of myself.

I do have places to go while the 'net is down so I at least have options, and that feels pretty good, but I also feel sort of stuck in waiting mode, which I hate. I mean so much depends on how the job situation shapes up that it's pretty scary, but I've dealt before so I'll just have to do it again.

Still have that nervous energy going on, but I suppose that is better that feeling horrible. This reminds me that I need to get to the doctor before the end of the month and get my prescription filled for my migraine issues. They got really bad last week and IF I'll be getting more hours I can't really afford to deal with that again.

So yeah summer not off to the greatest start. I'm hoping that this is just an off day and things will go smoothly from now on.

More fic coming soonish. I still need to get my original stuff down, and get off my butt and start trying to sell some stuff. I've come to the conclusion that I just need to find work I can do at my own pace, and at home. Which makes getting some writing sold all the more important.

Saying that makes me feel lazy or something.

Got my grades back: 1 A, 2 Bs, 1 C and 1 D. I am not happy about the D, but it means I can go on with my classes next semester so I'm just going to take it and move on.

I just found out something that has reminded me why I maybe don't put myself out there as much online as I could.

My first experience meeting someone in real life that I knew online went horribly and now this.

I'm not as trusting as people think I am, or maybe as I want to be. Of course there are times when I can't help but be glad.

Sorry to be cryptic just needed to get this out there. I wasn't hurt as much as some people and I'm torn between shocked, sad and maybe just a little pissed off.

Well it looks as if the net won't be on at my place until Friday now, maybe later if things keep going the way they are. They can't seem to get anything done and it is frustrating me. I'm not going to vent here because a part of me more than understands wanting to do something the right way I am just growing very impatient.

So anyway, hopefully Friday but I am not holding my breath.

Okay I fail at updating this journal, so much do I fail that it's not even funny. Anyway, this is my 'OMG! must post' well umm....post.

Christmas was good. I got clothes from mom, a throw which if I understand she actually sewed..I think this is a new hobby of hers but I appear to be out of the loop, some bath stuff and perfume which have a very Japanese feel to them (names like Japanese Cherry Blossom and Orange Flower), I got a pearl necklace set, a necklace, a watch...I'm not sure that this is all but anyway, I got money which allowed me to buy Final Fantasy 12(why do I not have icons yet?), and Lady in the Water. I finally, thanks to a friend, have the guidebook for Final Fantasy 12.

The New Year so far has been interesting. Things have happened in RP which I'm still dealing with, school starts next week and I will be moving before the end of the month. My new place is amazing. It is a house first of all which makes it cool for that alone, but it is also so close to campus that it is such a relief I can't even describe how relieved I am, and oh yes much cheaper than where I am now.

I'm not sure about net interruption yet. It all depends on whether we transfer my cable account or go with direct tv and some form of DSL. I am good either way but maybe just a bit partial to the cable idea.

Alas my iPod is still sick. I hope to send it off this week.

*glances at post* Oh yes, my life it is exciting. *headdesk*

I'm at work but since not much is going on I've decided that I don't need a gazillion emails...so I've narrowed it down to 2 hotmails(it would have been one but I really didn't feel like cleaning the other out) and 2 gmails(one is mainly for rp and lj use the other one I guess will be more personal). I know this is all very exciting but anyway...*grins*

I still have a couple of more things to organize(I have two webpages but I think I might keep them since one has more memory storage) and I have to decide on a myspace account. I also am debating whether to upgrade this account to sponsored so that I can get more icons? I just can only take so much of the ads..for real.

Still have not heard anything on applications or interview(not that I really expected to on either but I thought I would update that just in case).

I'm off of here I guess...hopefully all money issues will be fixed by the end of August and I can focus on school.

As you can tell by the subject we have no internet at our house temporarily. I am hoping that this will be fixed by tomorrow, so it shouldn't be too bad.

I watched a little more Yakitate! Japan and Beck...once I finish with Beck I will start Naruto maybe? Not much else going on right now.....

I have now updated on my page....not much of an update just a way of trying to some story ideas finished and get some feedback..PLEASE...anyway, I put up teasers for ideas that I have, but haven't got much done or haven't worked on in a LONG time...I hope to update these weekly if possible..basically just wanna see if there are any ideas that people find interesting....

In other news I am hoping to get a job on campus because Wal-Mart is just driving me crazy lately....I think I just need to de-stress but having a hard time with that..*UGH*

Well, I finally got around to adding some stories to my page....all are complete...one of them is slightly messed up, but I will try and fix that before the weekend.
I plan to put some more stories up soon. These will not be complete, but I hope to get to work on them soon..........

Well I took my last test in one of my summer classes...I have another one today and then a presentation next week and I am done for the summer!!!!!!!!! Because of a paperwork mistake at the beginning of this semester I was due some more money for the summer, but I checked my info and they have already put fall tuition on there so I think that extra may be paying some of that.......I don't know but I kinda hope not..it won't really matter anyway I don't guess, I will just get more money in that one check......also that tuition may be too low because I am adding two classes. So that more than likely will add maybe 400-600 dollars, plus books.

I got the box set of V the series and am so happy!!! That was one of my fav 80s sci-fi shows.....on the inside it has the original air dates and I couldn't believe that it was that long ago.....

We finally got our air conditioning fixed! Yeah! I am trying not to use it too much, but it's good to have the choice again.

I haven't worked much more on my web page, but will hopefully get to in the next ccouple of weeks.....

Before fall starts I hopefully will be making a trip down to Georgia to see a friend. It all depends on the money thing.......

Well I got a few things done last night on the webpage. Today I have to try and sell of my poetry work on some homework and update the webpage as much as I can.

About five this morning a stray cat got up on our windowsill and my cat went off. It probably would have been funnier if it hadn't woken me up.
