This isn't really what I intended to post about today, though I might do the other post later. We'll see...

Okay, this will probably get long-winded so yeah.

Endlessly glowing white )

I had something else I was going to say, but I've forgotten it. Maybe that's for the best and I'll remember it if is important.

I hope this was at least somewhat coherent and eloquent because for some reason I guess I just needed to write it down.

There are far more things worthy of praise. Let's give them some screentime, too.

I know there should be more on here so if you know I've played a game/watched a show/seen a movie/read a book and it isn't on here feel free to ask me who was my fav from it.

This is probably a stupid question, but I blame the crappy day because I can. If anyone on my F-list watches Axis Powers Hetalia..ummmm....are the episodes really only five minutes long?
hirikosaunders: (Durarara!!: Celty♥!)

Okay, first good things:

See Durarara!! If you are into Anime at all, or even if you haven't checked any out you should see it. It takes a few episodes to really get going, but give it a try anyway. I've found several places to watch it online, English subbed, and also it should be officially coming to the States soon, I'm guessing before the end of the year, so you can rent it. There are only 24 episodes so it's not overly long. I hardly ever do recommendation posts because really I don't like to be pushy when I like things, well too pushy, but this show is just really really good, and I think there is probably a character, or just the city itself, that everyone can identify with!

I'm going to start watching Axis Powers Hetalia today so hopefully I will enjoy it and it will be fun and distract me.

Bad things:

I have to get out of fast food like yesterday. I'm going to start looking for office jobs again, which was my intention anyway today just made this need so clear, and if nothing pans out then I am still going to try and have something published by December so I can quit, well I might stay until January if necessary but really I'm going to do all I can to get out there before the end of August. I know I'm not the only one to be in that situation, but I've went through several years of school, have two degrees, and should be past this point in my life. If I can't make my writing career start this year, then at least I'm going to do all I can to be working with either of my degrees somehow. There are still a couple of places to check in town so I'll start next week. It's up to me to change things and I'm going to take the necessary steps.

Yay for days off! Especially two in a row. I might go see a movie tomorrow I don't know yet. There are a couple that look really good so maybe.

I'm finally getting to see Durarara!! I'm up to episode 3 and it is pretty interesting so far though I don't know if it will be one that holds my attention. After it I'll check out Axis Powers Hetalia and see what I think of it. I'm just lucky I found some place I can watch them both online and I don't have to worry about downloading them both at this point.

Oh, on the fic front. Tears of Truth is actually pretty close to ending. There are maybe about 3 or 4 chapters left. In the original RP we didn't get much further. I am thinking of doing a sequel that takes place a few years later, but I'm not sure yet. I also might just continue it coming up with a few more missions for them, but yeah so far I'm not sure what is going to happen at this point.

My life is pretty much a huge waiting game right now. I can't accomplish any of the things I need to until mid-June probably and it's driving me a bit crazy. It helps that I know I will have more money coming in, but that doesn't change how restless I feel now.

I'm rewatching Ronin Warriors *grins*. I just realized the other day it had been far too long.

I'm not yet ready to get back into LJ RPing the biggest reason for this being the fact it is very likely that I will lose my 'net on Tuesday morning and probably won't get it back until the end of May. This doesn't mean that those voices have completely gone away though.

I played Yoji from Weiss Kreuz and I guess I shouldn't be surprised that he came back, well I guess he never left to be honest, but my iPod and iTunes have been very fond of Weiss songs lately just reminding me of my love for him. I still can't afford to get his paid account back (his vanity really won't let me get away with 15 *grins*), but I did a bit of cleaning on icons to get a bit more to show up. There are at least two I will be adding back in when I can. I have no idea where he will end up, or if I will still continue with this when the time comes, but yeah... *grins* Oh Yoji.

So I'm sitting here scrolling through my friends page and apparently they are making a live action Dragon Ball movie. I'm not sure what to think at this point other than, "........", or something similar.

Mostly I have done nothing this weekend but watch Hikaru no Go. It is addictive and I recommend it highly! I think it's on DVD so you should be able to rent somewhere?

I just finished a bit of homework, but still a bit to do before I'm caught up. I want to destress this week, but it might not happen. Mostly I just don't handle stress well and I tend to make it worse putting things off.

Ummm..more on the fandom front *grins*. I have all Weiss Kreuz official music videos for anyone who wants to see. I should make this clear that I didn't put them up there, just did some searching to collect all of them in one place. I would like to find them somewhere other than youtube, but you take what you can get I guess.

HERE:
Tokyo Sling. Violence, and actual plot which just begs for a story. Also, slashy undertones as well as quite a bit of blood.

Carnival 2000. Also violence, no plot other than some fighting.

Last in My Winds. Ummmm...pretty safe, nice pretty art..etc...

Other Side of the Moon. Yeah this one should be pretty safe, a little strange in places maybe, but hey just go with it.

Well if I don't totally mess up this semester, which is a high possibility sadly, this is what my schedule for classes looks like next semester: Intro to Creative Writing (which might actually get me off of my butt, but we shall have to see), Business Finance I (Oh the excitement...only not so much), Operations Management(no excitement here either), Services Marketing (minor excitement, but you know not really), Internet Marketing (*shrugs*) and finally Survey of the Music Industry II (this one might be a little interesting, but we shall see). Anyway, yes let's hope that I do not mess up this semester and you know run around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to fix it.

There is also the whole fear/nervousness of trying to get ready to graduate. I can't afford to waste time at all because I will go through the financial mess that I went through (which I've still not really recovered from) when I graduated the last time. I'm pretty sure I'll have to move and while it's exciting I just...well I don't know if I'm ready.

As can be seen from my icon a certain fandom, which is never far from my heart anyway, is back in the spotlight. I first saw Ronin Warriors (Samurai Troopers in the Japanese) in 96-97? A friend got a hold of all of the episodes through another friend when he saw her printing out pictures from the series and told her he had the episodes. Since then I have had to sit through untranslated movies, buying action figures, them finally putting the DVDs out and finding out how different, and yet amazingly the same, that the English version was, and of course I've been through many fandoms since. Now I finally have icons (Yay!) and will be putting the music from it in MP3 format very soon (probably over break?) so I am a little giddy. Weiss Kreuz is making it's way back into the front of my head again too so *grins*.

I'm still RPing and loving it, but then that isn't really news, now is it? I have made new journals for characters but who knows if they will go anywhere.

I've recently gotten back into Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (aka live action Sailor Moon)...now if the downloads of the special acts would just get done already. It's not making me happy that's for sure, but it is making me want to want to see original anime again.

My friend would tape the episodes for me when I was at Berea since there was no cable in the dorm rooms. There are a lot of things I'm still into that come from around that point in my life. In fact, I wouldn't be into anime if it wasn't for certain events right before I went back to school.
