Well this update is necessary for a couple of reasons. One being that yes I'm alive and surviving whatever we want to call this storm (it needs a name people help me out). There is no power in my house so I am currently at the parents of one of my roommates. Hopefully the power will hold here. If it doesn't I have no idea of our options. It may or may not snow again and because of the college being closed I've not started my new co-op yet. I am attempting to find out if school is closed tomorrow and through the weekend, but so far no luck.

And oh by the way...yeah so I decided to head into work yesterday (idiot me didn't check on things right before I left). I got there and it was closed and since I didn't know what else to do, and didn't want to wait for several hours, I decided to try and walk home. My current place isn't too far from the campus and I thought that it wouldn't be that bad. It didn't seem that cold to me and I had on a thick coat plus three layers. Off I went only as I made it about hallway home I fell. My glasses cut my nose in two places and I banged it up (it isn't like I haven't done enough to my nose considering when I was a child I busted it open...). So I got it tended to and find that I cut my hand a little and have a bruise on my knee as well. I finally got home, but promised myself unless it was absolutely necessary I wasn't going to ever be in that situation at all ever again. So yes lesson learned.

Other than that I've played lots of Sims and will have a post ready soon since I've organized the pictures I've taken. I'll probably do that as soon as we are back home. There will be a poll and it may be extra long, or there might be two in one day since now I have two of my families up.

Tags will continue to come as I can, but they might be slowish due to the fact that since these people were nice enough to let me stay here I shouldn't spend all of my time on the computer. I will be doing a state of the pups and tagging Raistlin into Guy's post. I think that's all for the moment. If you really need me I don't know if I'll be on aim, but I am available most of the time on Gmail talk.

Okay, though I am nervous about this:

L came out of nowhere and I am pretty certain I'm not smart enough to do him justice, but if anyone wants I've got a link to a practice thread that as of this point is 48 comments long. So yes just let me know if you want to see. And a certain someone's Light (Kira) is just amazing, and scary, and all of that. So much love yes, which is weird, but anyway moving on.

I am thinking of attempting to play the most difficult character ever (at least for me). I'm actually thinking of usernames and doing research (on top of doing my best to get a hold of the anime like this week 'cause I know that the character is slightly different in the anime). This may not last, which would be good for my sanity, and yes the icon totally applies. *headdesk*

So yeah I'm VERY late with this, and I've been soooooo flaky, but hopefully this will be what I need to get going again.

So yeah, this probably won't make a lot of sense to most people, or maybe it will, but anyway it needs to be said.

My stoic, silent, emotionally distant assassin (yeah, you know the one)..anyway, apparently he has 'moth to a flame' disease. I am still WTFing about this (in a good way of course). He is trying to pin the blame on me, but nope not going to happen.

I have proof, but it would take up a lot of space *grins*.
