I just had a crazy revelation about L and the Shinigami...OMG. Can't unsee.

Notes: I will do my best to edit this and get rid of any typos. Final part should be up on Halloween or before. I don't think there is any problematic subject matter, but just in case I'll change the rating if it comes up.

As you've noticed I'm trying to get things back on track. I'll be continuing the job search in early September, but for now I'm just going to try to get caught up on things.

Fanfiction wise I am coming to the end of "Tears of Truth" so I'll have to decide if I'm continuing it or not. Either way, I won't be working on anything else until I finish it. I think you can expect the last chapter before the middle of September and then I might put up a post to see if anyone is interested in it going on, and maybe get some ideas where it should go.

As far as RP goes, god how I miss it by the way, I am actually considering apping L somewhere again. I've even gotten him a paid account again. I don't want to get overwhelmed with too many pups though so I'm trying to stay organized and really only focus on those I'm serious about. So far in serious contention are Yoji, L, Anna and Vincent Valentine. I'm going to figure out who I'll be working on first then maybe use dear_mun in order to get more practice in, and look around for different games just in case. I'm pretty sure where I'm going though, but I'll need a bit more time before I'm ready to apply. I want to be in a better state of mind just in case I get a rejection.

EDIT: I hate when that happens. Yeah, I hit the enter button before I was ready.

I also am going to be working on one of my novel ideas. I don't know know where to send it to yet, but I'm finally getting to the point where I'm ready to write again so we'll see how that goes.

I have to admit watching the English version of Death Note I'm pretty impressed. I usually, with a few exceptions, hardly ever watch the English, but there were some behind the scenes things that had interviews with the voice actors. I found the one that plays Light is one of favorite English voice actors, at least from the 90s era on, and the group that does it, Ocean group, is the one that did Ronin Warriors. And yes Ward Perry (aka Rowen) does a small part in the series which I found absolutely hilarious. Another anime that I truly enjoy the English Dub of is Petshop of Horrors.

On the voice front it is coming back slowly. I should be able to talk decently tomorrow, though I'll have to have some throat lozenges around and make sure I have a lot to drink so that I don't have a relapse. In order to stop it I may have to get a flu shot this Autumn, but I don't know yet. I have to go to the doctor at some point to take care of some things so I might check with them.

There still isn't any news on the job front. I went to a Temp place last week, but no placement yet.

And I am addicted to Lady Gaga's Paparazzi. For those on my list who know Death Note isn't it perfect for Misa??


And Meme time...Comment and pick seven of my icons, and I'll explain why I love/am using the icon (who doesn't love talking about their icons, seriously). It'll basically be a huge squeefest of love and 100x100 square pixels.

WARNINGS AND DISCLAIMERS: I own nothing about Death Note except my love for L. This section is very long. I sort of got hit with the idea and just kept writing, but I've sort of hit a snag now so. Not betaed, yet. It also jumps around a bit more than I would like, but I might rework it soon. I just felt it needed to written out.

PG-13 for some mention of violence involving a minor (15). Without giving away too much there will be a slightly different take on L after a particular scene. If I ever get my writing career going you will see the name Luciel from me again in the future.

I am finally done putting everyone through Uni. Thank god. There is a minor..errrr maybe major change...you see the Majeres are out of the running. I just couldn't deal with another college run and I really want that facial structure out. Never fear though generation 3 of the Majeres is off to college and will eventually get played. I have also played through Anita and Freddy and will put the pics up that I have of them. There aren't many, but enough to give you some idea of what they were up to I think.

I'm going to try and quickly get the pics posts up and then the poll so look for them in the next few days. Also, those looking for my pups in rpland never fear they are going to be getting out before the end of the month too.

Please check back with the intro post at some point because I will still be adding turn ons and offs and any changes made to aspirations.

I am thinking of attempting to play the most difficult character ever (at least for me). I'm actually thinking of usernames and doing research (on top of doing my best to get a hold of the anime like this week 'cause I know that the character is slightly different in the anime). This may not last, which would be good for my sanity, and yes the icon totally applies. *headdesk*
